Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee civil litigation cases, ensuring all aspects are handled with precision and a high standard of conduct.
• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents, maintaining accuracy and clarity.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and provide expert advice.
• Facilitate discovery processes, including document production and depositions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to develop effective case strategies.
• Ensure all legal activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide clear and timely communication to clients regarding case progress and outcomes.
• Stay updated on changes in legal practices and civil litigation trends. Requirements
• Must be a licensed attorney with authorization to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, including managing cases from initiation to resolution.
• Proficiency in drafting legal motions, briefs, and other essential documents.
• Strong knowledge of discovery processes and procedures.
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
