Job Type Full-time Description WhitbeckBeglis, PLLC, a dynamic and client-focused law firm, is seeking a dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our team in Leesburg, VA. Responsibilities:
Represent clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support disputes, property division, mental health, and education law. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements with precision and care. Provide compassionate and pragmatic legal advice to clients, helping them navigate complex and emotionally challenging situations. Collaborate with our team of attorneys and support staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to client service.
Requirements Qualifications:
Family Law experience strongly preferred. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in the state of Virginia, with good standing in the state bar. One year of court litigation experience. Demonstrated ability to handle a diverse caseload and deliver successful outcomes. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
