Job Description
Providing legal advice and counsel on national security, classified matters, governance, and compliance issues arising from engagements involving emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (including machine learning and cognitive services), quantum computing, augmented reality, and other similar technologies involving the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense and related organizations; Providing comprehensive legal guidance and support to business clients related to government data rights, bid protests, NDAs, FOIA, intellectual property, trade/ITAR, foreign military sales, teaming and partner agreements, small business subcontracting, competition law, ethics and compliance, privacy law, dispute resolution and corporate citizenship. Juris Doctor Degree or international equivalent degree AND 4+ years experience as a practicing attorney OR equivalent experience. Active license to practice law in a jurisdiction and capable of meeting admission requirements in relevant jurisdiction. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance. Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate clearance and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination.
