Key Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury and civil litigation cases from intake through settlement or trial.
- Conduct case evaluations, strategy development, and claim valuation.
- Lead depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
- Handle pre-litigation and litigation processes, ensuring timely case progression.
- Advocate for clients across courts within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Maximize claim value while ensuring high-quality client care.
- Mentor junior attorneys and support team development.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Virginia Bar license (required).
- 3+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation.
- Proven experience in trial preparation, depositions, and settlements.
- Strong knowledge of Virginia civil procedure and litigation processes.
- Ability to independently manage a caseload and drive outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Trial experience in personal injury cases.
- Experience handling high-value or complex claims.
- Background in plaintiff-side litigation.
