Job Description

Full Job Description The client is seeking an attorney with 1-3 years of experience in contract drafting to assist in our Transactional department. A successful candidate will experience drafting business law documents, such as operating agreements and bylaws, business side client agreements, and other various business agreements. The fun of this role is that the clients will give you a variety of different types of contracts to draft, so the role does not become repeative. The client is a rapidly expanding law firm based in Vienna, Virginia who is a full service law firm for businesses and business owners.
