- We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing Virginia Beach office.
- We're looking for a Virginia-licensed attorney with a proven background in personal injury law, successful claim negotiations, and a track record of courtroom success. Candidates should demonstrate career stability, strong case management skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- In this role, you will evaluate new cases, manage client intakes, oversee pre-litigation strategy, maximize claim value, conduct settlement negotiations, and advocate for clients throughout the litigation process. You will also lead depositions, hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and mentor junior attorneys.
- The ideal candidate combines strong legal judgment with outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine understanding of the impact personal injury matters have on clients and their families.
Requirements:
- Active Virginia Bar license.
- Personal injury litigation experience.
- History of trial success and favorable claim resolutions.
- Strong client-facing and negotiation skills.
- Stable career progression and professional track record.
- Virginia Beach area candidates preferred.
