Healthcare Litigation Partner (With Portable Book)

One of our top clients—a highly respected firm with a robust national footprint and a collaborative culture—is seeking a Healthcare Litigation Partner to anchor and expand their practice in the thriving Seattle market. This firm offers the perfect intersection of sophisticated, high-stakes work and a genuinely supportive environment. You will inherit a strong institutional platform, a deep bench of talented associates, and the cross-selling opportunities needed to scale your practice to the next level.
Key Responsibilities Lead & Litigate:
Represent major healthcare systems, providers, medical device manufacturers, and insurers in complex commercial litigation, regulatory disputes, and government investigations.
Strategic Growth:
Leverage the firm's national platform to deepen existing client relationships and strategically build out your practice in the Pacific Northwest.
Mentorship:
Guide, mentor, and manage a talented team of junior and mid-level litigation associates.
Collaborate:
Partner with cross-functional practices (regulatory, corporate, and employment) to provide comprehensive counsel to healthcare clients.
What You Bring Experience:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active, good standing membership with the Washington State Bar (WSBA).
Proven Track Record:
Extensive experience managing complex healthcare litigation matters as a senior counsel, counsel, or partner.
Portable Practice:
A verifiable portable book of business of $350,000+ (with a clear vision for growth using the firm's extensive resources).
Industry Sophistication:
Deep knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations (e.g., False Claims Act, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA) and how they intersect with litigation strategy. What the
