About us We are a fast paced, high volume paralegal team supporting attorneys in personal injury case matters. Our focus is delivering strong outcomes for injured clients while maintaining clear, consistent communication with everyone involved in the case, especially the medical providers that treat our clients. We believe communication is critical to keeping cases moving forward, avoiding delays and ensuring accuracy at every stage. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Provider Liaison to serve as the primary point of contact between our team and medical providers throughout the life of the personal injury claim. This role is critical in ensuring providers are informed, documentation is accurate and cases progress efficiently from treatment through resolution. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for healthcare providers, ensuring clear communication and coordination of patient care plans. Maintain proactive and consistent communication with providers regarding claim status, treatment updates, billing, settlement timelines and client status throughout the claim. Identify and document missing or inconsistent information and proactively resolve issues. Coordinate with various departments to streamline workflows to provide a cohesive understanding of the case status. Qualifications (What we are looking for) Highly organized individual with a strong attention to detail. Ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills. Individual that is comfortable working with medical offices and internal teams. Self motivated personality with an ability to problem solve and take personal ownership. Team player with proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Knowledge of Word, Adobe, Outlook and basic computer skills is a huge plus. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly over the phone and in written form. Individuals with medical terminology or medical office experience is a plus but not needed. Compensation Pay is subject to experience and can range from $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, increasing with tenure. Bonuses are based on team performance and range depending on tenure. Bonuses average between $2.00 - $4.25 additional per hour.
