Job Description

Description We are seeking an exceptional product and regulatory Associate Corporate Counsel to support Amazon's Digital Acceleration team. Digital Acceleration is a team at Amazon that invents on behalf of Amazon's digital content, subscription, and device businesses to enable faster delivery of new features to customers. This role sits within Amazon's Global Entertainment Legal team. Key job responsibilities You will empower innovation by navigating complex regulatory landscapes, protecting user privacy, and enabling rapid product development. You will work directly with business leaders, providing strategic counsel and proactive legal guidance that balances risk management with business flexibility. You will empower Digital Acceleration to move fast and confidently, and be a trusted advisor on a range of complex legal and strategic issues. Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of legal experience
  • Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
  • Knowledge of the ethical considerations surrounding AI in the legal context, such as confidentiality, accuracy, and bias prevention
  • Experience in private practice or in house experience at a technology company or equivalent
  • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
  • 4+ years of Technology Law experience

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
