Partner Attorney Responsibilities:

Maintain and grow an existing client base and book of business Lead complex legal matters from strategy through resolution Serve as a trusted advisor to businesses, families, and high-net-worth individuals Mentor associates and contribute to firm leadership initiatives Collaborate across practice groups to provide comprehensive client solutions Participate in business development and community engagement efforts Deliver exceptional client service with a practical, relationship-driven approach

Partner Attorney Requirements:

Active Washington State Bar membership or ability to waive in Portable book of business required Strong experience within one or more core practice areas, including: Trusts & Estates Commercial Litigation Real Estate Business Transactions Employment Tax Health Care Insurance Coverage Proven ability to independently manage sophisticated client matters Strong interpersonal, leadership, and business development skills Desire to work in a collaborative mid-size firm environment
