jump in to assist and possibly join their team. This position is contract with potential for extension/conversion into a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

+ Prepare pleadings, motions, correspondence, and policy-related documents with accuracy and strong legal judgment. + Evaluate incoming claims and matters at the outset to identify issues, risk exposure, and recommended legal strategy. + Conduct targeted legal research and turn findings into clear, persuasive written work product. + Support litigation activities involving insurance coverage and defense matters across active files. + Review insurance policies and claim materials to assess obligations, defenses, and case direction. + Assist with briefing, discovery, and other case development tasks needed to move matters forward. Requirements + Active license to practice law in Washington state. + At least 2 years of experience working as a litigation attorney. The salary range for this position is $70-90/hr.
