Job Description
Ballard Spahr LLP, which recently combined with Lane Powell PC, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Class Action Litigation practice in Seattle. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of litigation experience, either through a law firm or clerkship. Experience working on consumer, product liability, and/or employment related class action matters is preferred. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required. In this role, an Associate will join a team representing a broad array of clients in consumer and wage and hour class action matters in State and Federal Courts. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth in managing cases, drafting pleadings and briefs, discovery, and oral advocacy in a collegial team environment of a national law firm. Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is from $250,000 - $305,000, which reflects the Firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual pay will depend on several factors such as the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to the salary for this position, lawyers may be eligible for an incentive bonus program and/or a profit-sharing bonus program.
