This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigation attorney seeking sophisticated insurance defense and coverage work, strong bonus potential, and long-term growth within a collaborative Seattle practice. Key Responsibilities Handle insurance defense and extra-contractual litigation matters from inception through resolution Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, coverage opinions, and other litigation documents Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and other litigation proceedings Analyze insurance coverage issues and assist with coverage-related strategy and opinions Manage multiple litigation matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure efficient case management Maintain strong client relationships and provide high-quality legal advocacy and counsel Qualifications Active membership with the Washington State Bar required

Associate Level:

1-2 years of substantive litigation and/or clerkship experience required

Associate or Of Counsel Level:

3+ years of substantive litigation experience required Insurance coverage and insurance defense litigation experience strongly preferred Excellent written and oral advocacy skills required Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Judicial clerkship or prior court experience preferred but not required Collaborative, self-motivated, and professional demeanor required This is an excellent opportunity for litigation attorneys seeking meaningful responsibility, strong mentorship, sophisticated insurance litigation work, and exceptional bonus potential within a respected Seattle defense firm.
