Spokane, WA (Remote or Hybrid Available)
Experience:
5+ Years Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a Construction Litigation Attorney to join its growing Washington practice. This is an excellent opportunity to handle sophisticated construction and complex civil litigation matters while enjoying flexible work arrangements and a strong platform for long-term career growth.
What You'll Work On:
Managing complex construction litigation matters from inception through resolution Representing clients in construction defect, construction defense, and related civil litigation disputes Drafting pleadings, motions, and other litigation filings Conducting legal research, discovery, and depositions Appearing at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials Developing litigation strategy and working directly with clients throughout the lifecycle of a case
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of construction litigation or complex civil litigation experience Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities Experience managing litigation matters with minimal supervision Trial experience preferred JD from an ABA-accredited law school Active Washington Bar admission required
