Job Description
Top trial firm in Washington seeking a lateral attorney to join their practice representing plaintiffs in high stakes, high profile matters, including catastrophic injuries/wrongful death, civil rights, medical malpractice, abuse/negligence, etc. This is a rare opening at this 20-attorney firm, as they have very low turnover due to the important and complex work, firm culture, and top compensation. You'll work closely with seasoned and well-respected litigators on complex matters with mentorship, opportunity for continued growth and lucrative compensation. In this role, you will: Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other key litigation documents.
Participate in mediations, depositions, hearings, and trials.
Contribute to case strategy and development alongside senior attorneys.
Drive cases forward through discovery, negotiation, and resolution.
Collaborate with an established trial team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $150,000-$200,000 with substantial, discretionary bonuses as cases close.
