The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in family law. Although this is primarily a family law position, a motivated candidate may also be able to practice in related areas such a probate, estate planning, guardianships, and personal injury if they had desire to do so . This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and the chance to work on diverse legal matters in a collaborative environment. Our practice is primarily focused in Pierce County but may include handling legal matters in surrounding counties. Pay is commensurate with skill and experience. Duties You will be responsible for a range of legal tasks, including: Conducting legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation. Drafting legal documents, including briefs, motions, and declarations. Completing discovery. Representing clients in negotiations and litigation throughout the legal process. Clearly advising and communicating with clients. Maintaining organized case files and documentation. Representing the client in all court proceedings.
Pay:
$86,489.39 - $200,000.00 per year
