IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY
Oasis Legal Group, 2450 Rimrock Rd., Ste. 202, Fitchburg, WI 53713 seeks Imm. Atty. (FT, perm., on-site, 40 hrs/wk, M-F).
Duties:
Rep. clients bef.
USCIS, EOIR & BIA
; mgmt. of case strategy & interviews from intake to adjudication; draft briefs, motions & supporting docs for court/USCIS filings; legal research & monitoring imm. law updates; supervise legal/admin staff on case prep; review intake materials & client docs; recommend legal strategies & services. Reqs.: J.D. or LL.M. fr. U.S.-accredited law school; adm. to any U.S. State Bar; native or fluent Spanish req.; strong oral & written comm. skills; commitment to underserved imm. populations; cultural competence & trauma-informed client support skills.
