Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will provide essential support in family law cases, assisting attorneys with case preparation, document management, client communication, and legal research. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help ensure smooth case workflows and excellent client service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your legal expertise within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with all phases of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, visitation, and support matters Prepare and organize legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and settlement agreements Manage case files efficiently using document management systems like TABS3 Cloud. Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy and compliance with court requirements Maintain effective communication with clients, courts, and external agencies to facilitate case progress Requirements Proven paralegal experience with a strong background in family law or related legal fields Experience with legal case management software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence Ability to perform detailed document review, proofreading, transcription, and data entry tasks Effective interviewing skills combined with professional phone etiquette Demonstrated ability to handle administrative tasks such as filing, document management, clerical work, and maintaining organized records Join us if you are passionate about supporting families through complex legal processes!
