About us Kittelsen, Barry, Wellington, & Thompson, S.C., a Green County law firm expanding into Rock County, Wisconsin and Stephenson County, Illinois, seeks an associate attorney. The position will require work in the firm's primary practice areas of general business/corporate, real estate, elder law, and estate planning.
Our work environment includes:
On-the-job training Flexible working hours We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research and writing. The successful candidate will be expected to handle a wide range of legal matters, as well as provide advice to clients on legal matters. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Drafting and reviewing legal documents. Conducting legal research and analysis. Providing legal advice to clients. Negotiating settlements and contracts. Attending court hearings and trials. Providing client counseling and support.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
