Job Description

Play a key leadership role in supporting the justice system in Sheboygan County. As the Administrative Services Manager, you'll help ensure the District Attorney's Office runs smoothly, efficiently, and effectively—supporting the people and processes that keep justice moving. This is a unique opportunity to combine leadership, operations, finance, and strategy in a role where your work has real impact on the community. Under the direction of the District Attorney, this position serves as the Administrative Service Manager for the office. You'll lead daily operations, support a dedicated team, manage critical systems and budgets, and ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements. You'll be a trusted advisor and problem-solver, working across departments and with external partners to keep operations running at their best. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Oversee the daily operations of the District Attorney's Office, empowering staff, setting direction, and serving as a trusted partner to the District Attorney—including stepping in to lead when needed. Design and improve policies, procedures, and workflows that keep operations efficient, consistent, and compliant with legal and court requirements. Ensure timely and accurate case processing while overseeing case management systems that support attorneys and staff with reliable, effective tools. Manage the office budget, monitor revenues and expenditures, and ensure accurate reporting and compliance with State and County financial requirements. Collaborate with law enforcement, courts, and County departments while supporting staff development, onboarding, and engagement to foster a high-performing workplace. High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field preferred Four (4) years of progressively responsible administrative, supervisory, or office management experience At least two (2) years of supervisory experience required Experience in a legal, criminal justice, governmental, or public-sector environment is strongly preferred A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered
