Requirements Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience. Familiarity with the energy industry is highly preferred but not required.
Legal Skills:
Proven ability to handle pleadings, motions, and discovery rules with precision.
Communication:
Exceptional analytical, research, writing, and speaking skills are essential.
Education:
Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
Soft Skills:
A rigorous work ethic, a desire to grow within the firm, and the ability to thrive in a fast

Professionalism:
Must maintain strict client and firm confidentiality at all times.
Licensure:
