Licensing Specialist Infomatics Software Solutions Phoenix, AZ Job Details Full-time | Contract $20 an hour 22 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Customer inquiry handling Administrative experience Attention to detail Data entry Performing background checks Full Job Description Position Summary The Licensing Specialist will support the processing and management of licensing applications, ensuring compliance with regulations while providing administrative and customer service support. This role involves working closely with internal teams and the public to maintain accurate records and support board operations. Key Responsibilities Process online and paper licensing applications Ensure applications meet compliance and regulatory requirements Conduct fingerprinting and background check coordination Respond to public inquiries and provide status updates Log fees, receipts, and maintain accurate documentation Prepare materials for board meetings and assist with coordination Provide general administrative support, including ordering supplies Required Skills & Abilities Strong computer and data entry skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Quick learner with strong attention to detail Ability to take direction and work independently Strong organizational and communication skills Preferred Experience Experience with state agencies, licensing, or compliance processes Background in customer service or administrative support Exposure to audits or system migration processes Additional Information Local candidates only (must be based in Phoenix, AZ) Immediate availability preferred Must be available for quick phone interview turnaround Background check required Potential for contract-to-hire opportunity
