Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lien Resolution Specialist to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving liens across a variety of legal areas, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Your expertise will help streamline processes, facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, and support the overall efficiency of our legal operations. Responsibilities Review and analyze lien documentation. Manage and organize case files utilizing document management systems. Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and facilitate lien negotiations and resolutions efficiently. Perform detailed document review and proofreading to ensure compliance with legal standards and accuracy in all filings. Skills Lien Negotiation & Provider Communication — Skilled in obtaining final balances, negotiating reductions, and resolving outstanding medical and insurance liens. Settlement Disbursement & Check Processing — Accurately prepares closing statements, client checks, and ensures all funds are distributed in compliance with firm procedures. Attention to Detail & Compliance — Ensures accuracy in lien documentation, tracks deadlines, and maintains compliance with legal and financial requirements. Case Management & Organization — Manages multiple files, prioritizes tasks, and maintains clear communication with attorneys, clients, and providers.
