This role requires a high level of sensitivity and empathy when working with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare client correspondence based on an established communication plan and -maintain regular communication (both proactive and as needed) Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients Accurately gather and document important case details Handle client inquiries and provide support Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and concerns Update and document client records based on interactions

Requirements:
