Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Support Analyst for a direct hire opportunity in Orlando, FL. This role supports eDiscovery, litigation technology, case preparation, and trial support across active litigation matters in a professional legal services environment. The Litigation Support Analyst will work closely with attorneys, legal teams, and eDiscovery leadership to manage RelativityOne workflows, support document review and production, prepare case materials, and assist with courtroom technology during hearings, arbitrations, and trials. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation technology professional who enjoys hands-on case support, fast-moving deadlines, and meaningful collaboration with legal teams. The right candidate will bring strong technical skills, sound judgment, responsiveness, and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality litigation support. Key Responsibilities
  • Support eDiscovery workflows across the EDRM lifecycle, including data collection coordination, processing, analytics, review support, and production preparation.
  • Assist with RelativityOne workspace setup, data loading, metadata validation, searches, permissions, troubleshooting, and matter maintenance.
  • Prepare production sets, including formatting, redactions, privilege checks, quality control, production logs, and delivery tracking.
  • Support case preparation by creating exhibits, witness binders, deposition materials, demonstratives, document searches, file conversions, and case file organization.
  • Provide trial support by setting up courtroom technology, testing presentation systems, operating trial presentation software, managing exhibits, and resolving technical issues.
  • Maintain documentation, chain-of-custody records, internal logs, version control, and compliance with firm workflows, ESI protocols, and protective orders. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $80,000 to $95,000 per year.
  • Job type: Direct hire.
  • Position type: Non-exempt.
  • Work arrangement: In-office role required in Orlando, Florida.
  • Schedule flexibility: Ability to work extended hours during peak litigation periods, including trial.
Travel:
Ability to travel to court as needed for trial support. Occasional travel between offices may be required.
