The Firm is currently seeking candidates for a full-time position in our Accounting Department.
Responsibilities:
Process and review conflict searches for new clients and matters. Open new clients and matters within the firm's accounting system. Maintain accurate client and matter records. Review submitted information for completeness and accuracy. Communicate with attorneys and staff to obtain missing or additional information when needed. Assist with department projects and provide backup support for accounting.
Requirements:
1-3 years of administrative, accounting, legal support, or data management experience preferred. Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus. Experience with Aderant or other legal accounting software is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple requests while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
