MAIN POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

MAIN POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
: Proofread documents Update and maintain files, including contracts and legal papers, in the Legal Department's document repository and databases Assist with the administration of legal compliance systems, including matter management, contract management, risk management, and record retention Ensure timely payment of fees and invoices Provide support with Legal Tracker (formerly Serengeti) Matter Management system, including setting up new matters and uploading files Provide general support to Legal Department in contract administration, litigation, regulatory and compliance and transactional matters
EMPLOYEE QUALIFICATIONS

EMPLOYEE QUALIFICATIONS
  • B.A. degree
  • Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Excel required
  • Prior experience in a corporate legal department or law firm preferred
