Job Description

Nelson Mullins, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a Corporate Analyst to join our Atlanta office. This role is ideal for recent graduates considering law school who are interested in gaining hands-on experience supporting attorneys in the corporate and private equity practice. The Corporate Analyst will support attorneys and team leaders in a variety of corporate and private equity matters, contributing to both substantive legal work and the day-to-day operations of the team. In this role, you will assist with client and workflow management, draft and prepare basic corporate documents, support compliance efforts across jurisdictions, and conduct both legal and market research. You will also provide administrative support as needed, communicate effectively with attorneys and clients, and help ensure deadlines are met while maintaining an organized and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with strong organizational and communication skills, an interest in the legal profession, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They are detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively while supporting a high-performing legal team. Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work overtime as needed
