Job Description

Sr. Litigation Support is responsible for providing legal advice and services on issues concerning the rights, obligations and privileges of the organization. This role represents the organization to customers, suppliers, competitors and government agencies. Sr. Litigation Support also provides resolution of business or technical issues by identifying legal solutions and recommending a course of action and examines legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuits. What you'll do: Analyze consumer litigation matters Provide research and aid in the development of a legal defense •Process domestically issued subpoenas Process incoming litigation cases Attend small claims and settlement conferences (nationally) representing the company's interests.
