Kumabe HR is partnering with a local financial institution to recruit for their temporary to hire Appraisal Specialist opening.

Responsibilities:

Manage appraisal orders and maintain accurate records throughout the appraisal process. Communicate with appraisers, relationship officers, and internal departments to provide updates and collect required documentation. Review appraisal reports for accuracy and compliance while assisting with invoice processing and final report uploads. Support daily administrative operations, compliance activities, and special projects as needed.

Skills/Experience Desired:

Associate degree in Business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience, preferably in banking. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Highly organized and detail orientated. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and professional business correspondence.
