Serves as a receptionist for the Real Estate Investigations Unit, referring sensitive issues, complex technical matters and policy concerns relative to the unit to appropriate staff while exercising discretion and judgement. Utilizes the Comprehensive Online Regulatory Environment (CORE) to support activities related to Real Estate Investigations. Assists with special projects. Prepares material and documentation for record retention in accordance with established procedures. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above. State of Illinois Benefits
