Onsite Required Qualifications:

US accredited law student after completion of 1L year. Demonstrated excellence in academic record Strong legal research and drafting abilities Excellent written and verbal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with colleagues at all levels Initiative, drive, and the ability to manage multiple tasks What you will work on: Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance issues. Assist with contract review, drafting, and negotiation for commercial agreements. Support policy development and internal compliance initiatives. Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide legal input on business projects. Help manage document organization, due diligence, and other transactional support tasks. Prepare summaries and reports for internal stakeholders. Deliverables may include a final presentation to senior leadership/executives.
