Job Description Position Summary:
Legal Intern:
Hourly rate of $22 starting May or June through August ( student school schedule dependent ). INX is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to support our Legal team during the summer internship program. This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate legal operations, with a primary focus on organizing corporate records and reviewing, summarizing, and analyzing a variety of commercial agreements. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, well-organized, and interested in gaining practical experience in an in-house legal environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist with organization and maintenance of corporate legal records, both electronic and physical Review, summarize, and catalog legal agreements, including: Supply Agreements Vendor Agreements Leases Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) Extract key terms, obligations, and renewal details from contracts and prepare concise summaries Support the Legal team with general administrative and legal research tasks as needed Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Juris Doctor (JD) program, preferably with coursework in law, business, or a related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to analyze and summarize legal documents clearly and accurately Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with document management systems a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
