The selected candidate will support a busy audit and compliance-focused team by organizing records, maintaining databases, tracking documentation, and assisting with administrative reporting functions requiring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. This position works 8AM-4:30PM, M-F. $18/hour!
Temporary Administrative Support Specialist Job Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain electronic audit and project documentation Review incoming records for accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness, requesting additional information when needed Manage high-volume email communications and route documentation appropriately Update internal tracking systems and maintain accurate audit and project status records Assist with monitoring ongoing projects and delegated assignments Communicate with internal teams regarding documentation requirements and deadlines Support preparation of reports and summaries for leadership review Compile and distribute periodic audit tracking and reporting information Provide general administrative support, including scheduling assistance and meeting documentation

Previous administrative, audit support, compliance, or office experience preferred Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic recordkeeping systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative professional team IND 2
