This role supports litigation teams by coordinating electronic discovery workflows, managing case-related data, and helping ensure matters move forward efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of legal support processes, hands-on experience with Relativity, and the ability to guide stakeholders through complex discovery requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day litigation support activities, ensuring attorneys and case teams receive timely technical and operational assistance throughout the matter lifecycle.
  • Manage electronic discovery projects from data intake through production, maintaining accuracy, defensibility, and adherence to legal deadlines.
  • Administer and optimize Relativity workspaces, including user access, data organization, search workflows, and review support.
  • Partner with legal teams to develop practical discovery strategies, scope project needs, and address case-specific technical challenges.
  • Coordinate the collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information while maintaining chain-of-custody standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and communicate updates, priorities, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Support quality control procedures for productions, privilege review, and document management to reduce errors and improve consistency.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource on litigation technology, discovery best practices, and platform capabilities for internal users and case teams.
