Professional Law Firm Office PRT Staffing is seeking a professional, customer-focused Legal Office Services Specialist to support a prestigious law firm in downtown Cleveland. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in legal office services, print production, mailroom operations, hospitality, reception, or administrative support who enjoy delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced professional environment. What You'll Do As a Legal Office Services Specialist, you'll provide a variety of office support services, including: Operate high-volume copy, print, scanning, and binding equipment Process legal documents with exceptional accuracy and confidentiality Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages Handle shipping and receiving using postage and courier systems Provide reception and hospitality support as needed Assist with conference room setup and office support services Perform document scanning, file conversion, OCR processing, and electronic file management Monitor and maintain office equipment, clearing minor jams and reporting service needs Maintain inventory of office and production supplies Support attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and executive staff with time-sensitive projects Assist with special projects while meeting strict deadlines Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 1-2 years of related office support experience required 2+ years of legal industry experience strongly preferred Previous copy, print, mailroom, or document services experience is highly desirable Strong Microsoft Office and basic computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding customer service and professionalism Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive legal documents Strong organizational and multitasking skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday Ability to operate office production equipment Work Environment Professional law firm office Business casual attire required Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Frequent interaction with attorneys, partners, paralegals, and executive-level professionals If you're an organized, service-oriented professional who enjoys working in a legal office environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional support, apply today! #PRTI
