- Most of the processes are automated, this team handles the manual part of these processes
Key Responsibilities:
- The Settlement Support team delivers ongoing operational support related to several highly regulated and high-risk manual processes including Fedwires, bank changes, adjustments, reconciliations and balancing, tax withholding and remittance, invoicing, check processing, and liens, levies, and garnishments and court ordered holds.
- Performing fed wires, reconciliations and balancing, and liens, levies, garnishments, and court ordered holds.
- Fed wires
- creating wires, approving wires, reviewing report, DCI balancing
- Diners Club International, world pay system balancing
- vendor that they use on merchant side, processing court ordered holds, ACH reject reporting
- Detail oriented, no room for errors because they are highly regulated Tools they use:
- Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Gchat)
- Most importantly is Excel/google sheets What we're looking for:
- 10 years of experience in payment processing, Underwriting, Financial Crimes, or Financial Settlements within a large corporate FS Company.
- Anyone with specific financial services settlements will be a major PLUS
- Target candidates with experience at well-known companies.
- MUST Have attention to detail and not make any mistakes.
- Strong MS Excel or Google Sheets experience.
- Must be able to go into the office 2 days per week.
