Job Description

Job Summary As an Agent Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting agents with a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and promoting overall agent success. You will be the face of our office, offering friendly and professional support both over the phone and in-person. From handling technical support issues to keeping agents on track with document submissions, your role will be vital to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Agent Support:
  • Greet every agent and visitor with a warm, professional attitude.
  • Assist agents with Zipforms, printing, scanning, and basic tech needs.
  • Never dismiss a request; either assist directly or find the right person who can help.
  • Maintain a helpful, solutions-focused attitude in all interactions.
  • Proactively remind agents of missing documents during the file review process.
Agent Success & Communication:
  • Proactively reach out to agents for follow-ups and support.
  • Contact agents when they take listings to assist with open house planning and flyer creation.
  • Go beyond email—offer phone and in-person support when necessary.
  • Ensure timely communication of office updates, events, and deadlines.
  • Review agent files for commission release as required.
  • Confirm that required documents are uploaded and completed on time.
  • Notify agents promptly if documents are missing and guide them on how to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with leadership regarding compliance concerns to ensure smooth operations.
Work Location:
In person - We have three locations,
North East, Germantown, Main Line Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
