To Apply for this Job Click Here Beacon Hill is hiring a Litigation Docketing Specialist to join a dynamic legal operations team supporting multiple offices and practice groups across the country. This position is ideal for an experienced docketing professional who thrives in a high-volume environment, can manage competing priorities, and is comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions with minimal supervision. East Coast candidates preferred, though applicants located within Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones will be considered. Position Overview The Litigation Docketing Specialist will be responsible for reviewing legal documents, calculating and entering critical deadlines, monitoring multiple shared mailboxes, and ensuring the accuracy of docketed information across state and federal court matters. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running, adapt quickly to client-specific procedures, and confidently manage a substantial daily docketing workload. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage docketing requests from multiple assigned offices and shared mailboxes throughout the day Review legal filings, court notices, and related documents to identify and calculate all applicable deadlines Accurately docket deadlines in accordance with court rules, statutes, local rules, and jurisdiction-specific procedures Handle high-volume docketing assignments while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness Prioritize urgent requests and shifting deadlines across multiple offices and practice groups Research court rules and procedural requirements in state and federal jurisdictions Verify case information, timekeeper assignments, and docket entries for accuracy Generate, review, and distribute docket and matter reports Respond to attorney and staff inquiries regarding deadlines, court rules, and procedural requirements Provide coverage for team members as needed Follow client-specific docketing protocols and procedures Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of litigation docketing experience Experience docketing matters in both state and federal courts High-volume docketing experience in a law firm or legal services environment Experience using CompuLaw Vision strongly preferred Candidates with ProLaw, eDockets, or Milana experience may also be considered Proficiency with PACER, PacerPro, and legal research resources Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, including filtering, sorting, exporting, and managing large datasets Associate degree or Paralegal Certificate required Bachelor's degree preferred LGLTEMP Docketing_1781184435 To Apply for this Job Click Here
