About the position:
As a Legal Trainee, you will be an integral part of our dynamic legal department, working closely with cross-functional teams across the business. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting a global technology organization focused on network infrastructure solutions. You will assist with a variety of legal matters related to contracts, supply chain, manufacturing, compliance, and regulatory support while developing practical experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Your responsibilities Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Conduct legal research and provide summaries and insights to support business and legal decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and manufacturing to help identify and address legal risks. Support legal matters related to contracts, data privacy, intellectual property, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate legal documentation and assist with due diligence, contract negotiations, and other legal operations activities. Your skills and experience Currently pursuing a JD or equivalent law degree with a strong academic record. Strong written, verbal, research, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. It would be nice if you also have: Previous internship, research, or coursework related to corporate, commercial, technology, privacy, or intellectual property law.
