Problem solve, think independently, and undertake projects with minimum supervision in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with attorney, team manager and colleagues in providing high quality work to our clients. Communicate and collaborate both with internal employees and external clients at all levels of the organization. Handle and balance multiple projects. Manage the calendar and docket key events. Maintain the electronic files. Coordinate meetings as applicable. Responsible for electronic filing with the various courts. Handle and process business and vendor expenses. Handle team billing matters and fee approval processes. Review and handle incoming mail.
You should have:
Ability to problem-solve, think independently and undertake projects with minimum supervision in a timely and efficient manner. Ability to proofread material for contextual, grammatical, typographic, or spelling errors. Proficient in keeping attorneys updated and maintaining accurate tracking to support effective case management. Strong litigation skills with solid knowledge of court procedures and e-filings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Suite Products. Experience in creditor's rights a plus. Interpersonal skills to work with other Sandberg Phoenix members in a positive, teamwork environment to service our clients. 2 Year Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies or related business degree preferred.
