Full Job Description Job Title:
Bilingual Legal Case Coordinator (Hybrid)
Location:
Nashville, TN (Hybrid)
Duration:
12-Month Contract (Possible Extension) Responsibilities Determine eligibility for individuals and families seeking legal assistance. Interview clients and gather case-related information. Assist attorneys by preparing and organizing legal documents. Conduct basic legal research and document findings accurately. Maintain case files and ensure timely case updates. Coordinate schedules and communicate with clients and internal teams. Enter and update information in multiple databases. Participate in team meetings and support leadership as needed. Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree required. Bilingual (English + another language) is required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SharePoint. Preferred Qualifications Paralegal education or certification. Experience in a legal office or law firm. Case management or client intake experience. Call center or customer support background.
