Job Description:

Consilio's Direct Hire Recruiting Team is partnering with an AmLaw 100 firm to identify a Practice Team Assistant to join their Reston, VA office.

Schedule :

4 days in office ,1 day remote. 40 hour work week. In this role, you'll provide day?to?day administrative support, including coordinating meetings and travel, managing documents and correspondence, assisting with time entries and expenses, and helping ensure the smooth operation of the practice group. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling confidential information, proficient with Microsoft Office and legal systems, and eager to support attorneys with a wide range of administrative and project?based tasks.

Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor's degree required. Prior law firm experience, including internships, is a plus. Candidates should have hands?on administrative support experience, which may have been gained during college, as long as the role was administrative rather than research?focused. We are open to May graduates who are able to begin shortly after graduation or entry level candidates with law firm experience. Willingness to work overtime as needed.
