(Remote) Part-Time Temporary FRPP Fellow - College of Law West Virginia University United States, West Virginia, Morgantown May 13, 2026 Description The College of Law at West Virginia University is currently accepting applications for a (Remote) Part-Time Temporary FRPP Fellow. What You'll Do Review and analyze legal documents and instruments primarily related to easements in the Farm and Ranch Lands Protection Program (FRPP) of the United State Department of Agriculture. Document findings in EXCEL and other reporting formats. Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports describing the Clinic's activities as to the FRPP program
Work Hours:
10 hours per week
Length of Assignment:
Approximately 4.5 Months Qualifications J.D. from ABA - accredited law school. A minimum of five (5) years prior work in real estate office is preferred. Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered. All qualifications must be met by the time of employment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Exceptional organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Knowledge of laws, legal codes, and government regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word and EXCEL Proficiency in Google platforms including Google Docs and Zoom Strong ability to multi-task multiple projects Ability to write effectively Ability to collaborate efficiently with co-investigators of different disciplines About WVU West Virginia University is a place of purpose and community.
