Job Description
Supervision Support Specialist TEKsystems $25.00 - $30.00 / hr life insurance, sick time, 401(k), retirement plan United States, California, San Diego May 13, 2026
The Supervision Support Analyst serves as a key point of contact for advisors, delivering high-quality customer service related to supervision technologies, industry rules and regulations, and registration and licensing requirements. This role supports advisors through compliance-related inquiries, FINRA licensing processes, and continuing education requirements, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of contact for supervision technology walkthroughs and support.
- Assist advisors with compliance, registration, and FINRA licensing requirements.
- Provide guidance on industry rules, regulations, and continuing education processes.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and service-oriented responses to advisor inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal partners to resolve escalated issues effectively.
- Maintain and continuously build knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial products. What to Expect

- 1-2 years of experience in a FINRA-regulated environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent customer service experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and retain information in a dynamic regulatory environment.
- Proven ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Working knowledge of:
- Mutual funds, annuities, general securities, and other financial products
- FINRA, SEC, and state rules and regulations
Licensing Requirements:
- FINRA SIE and Series 7 Top-Off
- Series 63
- (Licenses must be active or obtained within 90 days of employment) Core Competencies

- Active/inactive but not expired Series 7 license.
- 1-2 years of financial services experience focused on investment products.
- Prior experience with securities and/or insurance licensing.
- Proactive, service-based approach when partnering on escalated issues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including:
- Excel
- Word
- Access
- PowerPoint
- SharePoint

- This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
