1 Job Summary ND Global Consulting Services, Inc. (NDGCS) is seeking a Bilingual Temporary Coordinator•Grievance and Appeals for a six-month remote assignment based in California. This position is responsible for providing administrative and case coordination support for grievance and appeal processes involving members and providers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with regulatory timelines. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support for grievance and appeal case processing Coordinate, document, track, and help close member and provider grievance and appeal cases Prepare and send written correspondence with proper grammar, formatting, and professionalism Ensure grievance and appeal letters and documentation are completed within required timelines Support compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines Maintain case records, logs, and summary reports accurately and in a timely manner Communicate with health plan members as needed to gather information, clarify case details, and answer questions Coordinate with internal departments to obtain information needed for case investigation and resolution Escalate urgent or sensitive issues to the appropriate team member or supervisor Assist with intake, assignment, filing, and follow-up of cases as directed Support process improvement efforts by identifying trends, issues, and documentation gaps Work collaboratively with team members to support department goals and daily operations Required Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in an office environment Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel Strong data entry and documentation skills Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or GED required Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting grievance, appeals, customer resolution, or case management processes Experience in healthcare, managed care, health plan operations, or member/provider support Familiarity with compliance-driven documentation and turnaround timelines Experience handling sensitive or confidential information in a professional setting Work Schedule / Assignment Details Temporary assignment for 6 months Remote / Telecommute 1 opening California-based work location Why Join
