This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, managing multiple priorities, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced office setting. We're looking for a confident, organized professional who can make sound decisions, communicate effectively, and provide outstanding support across print, mail, shipping, and office services. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to attorneys, legal staff, and office personnel. Process and complete copy, print, scanning, and document production requests. Coordinate shipping, receiving, courier, and mailroom operations. Prepare packages and verify shipping documentation for accuracy. Operate and troubleshoot copiers, multifunction devices, and related office equipment. Utilize document management, cost recovery, and workflow software to support daily operations. Assist with incoming deliveries, inventory, and supply management. Troubleshoot equipment and workflow issues while minimizing service interruptions. Communicate proactively with requestors, providing updates on job status and completion times. Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of related office services, print, mailroom, or administrative experience required. Previous experience working in a law firm or legal environment is highly preferred. Experience with copy, print, mail, shipping, or document management services is preferred. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to make decisions independently and work with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Strong leadership qualities with a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Technical aptitude with office equipment and software applications. Basic knowledge of copier operation and troubleshooting is preferred. Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and operating instructions. Valid driver's license and required auto insurance may be required for certain job duties. Preferred Skills Customer-focused with a professional demeanor. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Flexible schedule with the ability to arrive early or stay late when business needs require. Comfortable working in a fast-paced legal office environment while managing changing priorities.
