Job Description

As a Transactions Specialist in the Subpoena Processing Department you will be responsible for complying with all Subpoenas, IRS Summons and other legal correspondences served to JPMC by producing documents and information when JPMorgan Chase has proper authority to do so by accessing various on-line mainframe and web-based systems. You will act as a liaison between JPMorgan Chase and the party who issued the Subpoena and applies legal requirements to regularly negotiate complex documentation. Works with various state and federal agencies, along with in-house attorneys when needed, on a wide range of issues related to documentation. Job Responsibilities Follows up directly with agencies on deficient documentation Acts as a liaison between JPMorgan Chase and the party who issued the Subpoena Review documents for accuracy Any additional tasks as required for daily work Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Research and Document review Production based Environment Attention to detail and Accuracy Ability to work within deadlines and structured timeframes to meet customer satisfaction Strong written and verbal communication skills Team player and self-starter Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Legal Document Review Banking Experience Microsoft Office Experience Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm Full Time Onsite
