Longview, TX Job Details Contract From $16 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Position Summary Performs routine (journey-level) child support case management and enforcement activities. Responsibilities include conducting investigations, enforcing court-ordered child support obligations, preparing legal and case documentation, monitoring case compliance, and providing customer service to program participants. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct investigations to locate absent parents, verify employment, and determine assets. Monitor child support payments and refer delinquent cases for enforcement. Prepare legal and administrative documents. Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements. Attend court proceedings with legal staff. Respond to customer inquiries and maintain case records. Maintain confidentiality and compliance with applicable regulations. Critical Control and Escalation Requirements (If applicable) Escalate legal, compliance, confidentiality, and safety concerns through established procedures. Supervisory Responsibilities None. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required. Six months to one year of related experience. Must pass a background check. Work Environment and Physical Demands Office environment. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and travel up to 15%.
