We are seeking an experienced Non-Judicial Foreclosure Specialist. This position will report to the Non-Judicial Foreclosure Operations Manager and is full-time, in-person at our Plano, Texas office. The duties of the position include: Collaborate with attorneys to manage a high volume of foreclosure cases from initiation to completion in accordance with client, company, investor, and state guidelines. Correspond with borrowers and clients through telephone and written communication. Maintain and monitor internal case management system as well as client and investor systems frequently throughout the day, completing steps and updating processes as they come due. Arrange for publication or posting of Notice of Sale. Draft pre-sale documents including bidding instructions and trustee sale deeds.

Desired skills and experience:

2+ years mortgage foreclosure experience Strong time management, organization, and communication skills Experience in CaseAware, BKFS/LPS, and Tempo Experience with Office365 such as

Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams Job Type:
